Operation requirements and drawing process of cold drawing machine

During the operation of the cold drawing machine, the drawing trolley is mainly supported by two I-shaped guide rails and driven by an oil cylinder. This allows the cold drawing machine to run along the I-shaped guide rails, and the drawing trolley and oil cylinder in the equipment can be effectively fixed axially through the adjustable trolley body.

In the process of drawing steel pipes with a cold drawing machine, the first step is to effectively insert the core rod into the inner hole of the pipe, then install the core head, and then push the front end of the steel pipe that has already been inserted into the core head out of the demolding seat. At this point, the pre tightening cylinder will be effectively activated to clamp the steel pipe with the die.

The main oil cylinder of the cold drawing machine starts to start the drawing process. At the same time as the drawing is completed, the pre tightening cylinder moves, and the plate teeth release the steel pipe fork to push the finished pipe after drawing, which will effectively detach from the vehicle body while the slider moves in the opposite direction.

The concentricity of the steel pipes in the cold drawing machine is relatively high during the drawing process. Due to the smooth operation of the hydraulic transmission, the equipment effectively ensures that the drawing force line is completely consistent with the steel pipe axis, the inner and outer mold axis of the product, and the core rod axis in terms of structure.

The structure of the cold drawing machine is simple and easy to manufacture. In this way, all components of the equipment are of simple cross-section, which is relatively easy to process. The prestressed frame structure of the equipment frame improves the strength, rigidity, and bearing capacity of the puller, and the foundation of the entire equipment is simple.

During the operation of the cold drawing machine, under the action of the load, its tensile force will be effectively sealed within the entire frame. The foundation of its product does not bear the working load of the machine, and can only bear the weight of the equipment during use, which will save a lot of equipment foundation costs to a certain extent.
