This machine is a vertical pipe and rod straightening machine with horizontal cross arrangement of straightening rollers, and the straightening rollers are traditional hyperbolic rollers. The straightening machine is mainly used to straighten the curvature of steel pipes and pipes made of non-ferrous metals, reduce the ellipticity of their cross-sections, and improve the surface roughness.

       The twelve rollers of this machine are arranged in a 2-2-2-2-2 configuration, driven by a universal joint after being reduced by a motor through a gear distribution box. Twelve straightening rollers are arranged horizontally in two rows, with the axis of the straightening rollers rotating at a certain angle to the straightening center line. The pipe undergoes linear and rotational motion along the straightening center line between the upper and lower rollers, thereby crushing and bending any surface of the pipe.
